Yes that picture is of me “Nanna Maggie” of Maggie David fame.
There is alot “About Me” on the Internet being a business entrepreneur etc, but not a lot about me about me being a "Nanna". My Darling Grandson Brock Hunter Day, came into this fantastic world on the 3rd July, 2009. 9lb 8 1/2 oz and 20 3/4 inches long. He is sheer delight and much loved.
I decided long ago, that I will not bore my daughter with advice, in fact if she wants advice from me about babies and toddlers etc, she needs to ask.
The reason I made up my mind on this, is because times have changed and advice is cheap (everyone has some) however, people can get overwhelmed with advice to the point it stops them in their tracks wondering what is right and what is wrong.
This is the first of many sites I have decided to put together to help my daughter and son-in-law and other Mums and Dads get correct advice on some of the most pressing challenges parents face today.
It has all changed since I had my babies; you only need to look around to see this (even the items you can buy for babies now – Never had anything like that in my day, I was like a kid at a lolly shop buying so many “Goodies” for the nursery!)
It is with Love and Light that I put this site together and the others in the series and hope that this will point all the Mums and Dads who visit to information they can trust and act upon.
